"Imagine being accused of rape at the age of 22, convicted at 23 and still waiting for freedom at 27. Imagine going to trial with the knowledge that you are innocent of all charges- naively believing your attorney has your best interest at heart. Imagine a 19 year old student alleging sexual assault yet contradicts her story at every turn. Now snap back to reality and look through my eyes - because this is not imagined.......... This is the life of Michael Moore.

Imagine an alleged victim in her testimony as follows:
During the entire incident, she was kicking, screaming and fighting for her life.........
Yet later admits I never put my hands on her the entire night. Evidence shows no bruises, marks, scratches, scraps, nor torn clothing on either party.

Imagine hearing someone say they were in fear for their life during an incident.......
But yet called you four times an hour after you dropped them off. Imagine being accused of rape by someone who did not call the police .......... Their first statement to police officers was "What are you doing here?"

Now imagine the knowledge that all friends involved that night at the party have cut association with the alleged victim .............. Once advised of the 30 year sentence they could no longer go along with the lie. You may think that this is an anomaly, but I am only one of many"

Can you just imagine how many innocent black people have gone to jail, prison or even their graves because our system continues to allow abuses and misconduct on the part of judges, prosecutors and attorneys. Many of these people have been convicted by biased juries who identify with the judge and prosecutors more so than the accused – race is often a factor in who’s really innocent until proven guilty.

You say what has this got to do with me? Plenty!! It may be your child, nephew, niece, grandson, granddaughter or a distant relative or it could be you who may be caught in the same or a similar situation where guilt is already predetermined by the judge and the prosecution before the trial ever begins. This is a factual analysis of how lies, hidden evidence, distorted facts, cover-ups, and judicial misconduct were all blatantly used to set up an innocent young African-American man, Michael H. Moore..
