- Atty. Collins prepared no sentencing defense as he said it
would be of no need, as the Judge had already decided Mike’s
fate.
- Atty. Collins basically disengaged himself from Mike’s
sentencing defense.
- Two prominent attorneys – Harper and Ufferman were hired
a week before sentencing and filed three motions to the court
instantly.
- Atty. Collins had the gall to object to the new attorneys
in court and stated that he was the attorney in charge.
- Everyone in the courtroom was flabbergasted as he had done
absolutely nothing for Mike’s defense.

the Judge had already made up his mind and there was nothing
anybody could do.
